How are the oysters packaged for shipping?

Our oysters are harvested to order and packed in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs to maintain a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring they arrive cold and alive.

How long will my oysters stay fresh after arrival?

When kept refrigerated between 34-38°F and covered with a damp cloth, our oysters typically stay fresh for 7 to 10 days from the date of harvest.

What is your shipping schedule?

We ship Monday through Thursday for next-day delivery. Orders placed before 12 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping, depending on harvest availability.

Do you offer a freshness guarantee?

Yes. If your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Can I recycle the packaging materials?

Absolutely. Our outer cardboard boxes are recyclable, and our insulated liners are either compostable or made from recycled materials depending on the specific seasonal packaging used.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

No signature is required for delivery. However, because our products are perishable, we strongly recommend retrieving the package and refrigerating the contents as soon as possible.
