Due to the perishable nature of our live oysters and seafood, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will offer a credit or replacement if your order does not arrive in peak condition.
Return Process

Upon arrival, immediately open your package to verify the temperature and quality of the oysters or shellfish.

If you notice damaged shells or temperature concerns, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours.

- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and issue a full refund or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
